Horatio Real Estate Investment Company b.v. was founded in 2011. Since then, we have focused primarily on realizing, restoring and renovating residential real estate projects in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. Previously, the focus was mainly on the renovation of individual units for sale, nowadays more on the realization of new-build complexes which are kept in our own portfolio after letting.
Since our foundation, we have managed to add a significant number of new homes to the housing stock. Horatio thus contributes to reducing the shortage of rental and owner-occupied homes. In our view, building new homes is the only solution to solve the shortage in the housing market.
In our business operations we do not go for the quick profit whereby homes are seen as commercial objects, but rather for keeping the units that we have developed. This enables us to build a sustainable future-proof residential portfolio.
A society cannot do without residential real estate and, in our view, certainly not without private investing developers such as Horatio Vastgoed, who invest sustainably and thoughtfully in the Dutch housing market.

VACATURES
Work planner / Project leader, 40 hours, MBO
We are immediately looking for a motivated project manager with an affinity for real estate. 
The work consists of:
* Communicating with local residents about the work to be carried out
* Procurement of materials for projects
* Scheduling (sub)contractors
* Monitoring the work on site of the project
* Prepare payment batches in Bloxs and process them after approval
* Monitoring renovation budgets or expenditure
* scheduling maintenance work with sitting tenants and contractors.
